This hotel is okay for a short stay in Rapids City. Rooms are very tiny, and bathrooms are even smaller. Front desk was not friendly upon arrival. Bathroom lights did not work upon arrival and no effort to fix or move to another room was given. The next day someone did come to look at it and all they had to do was flip a breaker in the hallway. That should have been done upon arrival. Restaurant was very slow to serve food. Roof top bar was very nice! Interesting memorabilia around the hotel.

We are traveling through and did a one night. The bed was a little hard and the pillows were hard.
Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

Disappointed
"The bed looked very comfortable but wound up being hard. Shower was small and the water pressure was awful. Our mini fridge didnt get cold. Every time we stay here, our room faces the wall. We rented a junior suite and expected more then just a basic room."
