Manager Greg was very helpful, helped us check in quickly... Carpark was a definite plus safe and secure. very spacious and great facilities...

Lovely spot right on the beach front. Sea view and overlooking lovely garden area and pool.

A few missing things, no dish detergent, door and towel rails broken which we temped to fix, the tv was unwatchable due to delayed internet and pixelation and the smaller bedroom was clostriphobic and the showers were disappointing. The hot tub was a surprise and very enjoyable, location was excellent to the beach and restaurants, fabulous food. Michael's service was excellent when welcoming guests and he was very helpful.

Great central place to stay with the wharf very close and the casino just across the road. Rooms that have been renovated are lovely, the ones that haven't been are very outdated and damaged and even though we booked 2 the same had different size beds, tiny TV's, no balcony furniture, bath in one and not the other, and then smelled mouldy. Staff were very obliging and upgraded our rooms due to the condition and smell to the amazing rooms. Buffet breakfast was nice, lots to choose from and always been refreshed and refilled. Parking was an extra daily fee, and you can go in and out away times as you needed. The main foyer was clean and inviting with a tourist desk to book if required. The gym was basic but usable. Pool was very clean with loads of deck chairs.

We enjoyed our stay! Great location for visiting Cairns as well as the Daintree and Kuranda rainforests. The condo is in a small complex with private residents. It was very clean, but lacked basic supplies (spatula, sponge, paper towels, etc). A few issues that arose: The hours for the front desk were a bit limiting if you were out and about exploring and coming back in the evening. We had to plan to be back in time to get extra TP and laundry soap. The parking garage under the building was extremely tight and had faulty gate sensors which almost caused us to miss our snorkeling excursion when it was stuck halfway open and we had to troubleshoot it on our own as the front desk was not open yet (730 am). We ended up parking on the street after that. The gate was left open the rest of our stay and not fixed. The guest shower was missing a glass door and was just "open concept" which my kids did not enjoy so everyone just used the master shower. Our kids used the pool but the hot tub was not heated, not sure if that is only due to it being off-season or not. Overall, we would stay there again but if you are expecting a turnkey condo with a ton of amenities (we weren't) then maybe this isn't for you. If you want a place close to the beach in a quiet setting between Cairns and the rainforests, where you can cook your own meals, then it's perfect!

Wonderful location! The apartment was spacious and clean! Staff was very easy to work with. We used the included car which made things simpler than dealing with rental companies. We would stay again!

Laura was lovely, the apartment and views and pool were great. Kitchen and laundry facilities were great. We had a awesome stay. Thank you. 🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖
