Hotel was amazing great location

The concierge service was excellent. Housekeeping left a note indicating we would only receive room service, same day, if we requested it (due to our “do not disturb” sign. Later, the sign was taken down, but housekeeping repeatedly tried to enter the room without having been called. The location of the hotel is great, very close to Times Square. The Grab’n Go sandwiches we purchased downstairs were all stale.

Ideal location for exploring New York. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Booked for work, will be my go to from now on!

Staff friendly and helpful. Especially Paola and Marcelo. Hotel is in nice location, clean and rooms are big.

They gave us handicap room. No shower head no bathtub. Closet friendly for handicap people it was sectional. You couldnt hang pants and dresses. I booked months before but they told me they ran out of rooms?

Easy access from the freeway and very quiet with private parking.

We joined an event at the arena, which was a wonderful experience.

Large room with a single king. Ice room but the bed was pretty darn firm. Easy to walk to several casinos to Check out and the ladies making the lattes in the lobby were on spot!!

The hotel is great. The rooms were nicely situated. Our only complaint is the air conditioning is run off of a central cooling system. The rooms never really cooled off, which was at times uncomfortable.
