Great service and local shuttle from the start til the end. Staff Joseph was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great every morning along with the complimentary water bottles. Has gmy, pool and self service laundry. Best is the free local shuttle.

On my arrival. All of front desks were all smiles. Upgraded my room. No charge Ensured my transportation and tours were in line The hotel was conveniently located to mall. 7-11, street food, transportation. And the best part. Their Buffett breakfast up on the roof, top floor. A lady named Rose was above and beyond service. Talking to all the hotel guests. Even initiated and suggested some food to eat with my children. She made special soup for my daughter because of peanut allergy. She and the whole group was awesome. Thank you Rose!

Staff were friendly, breakfast buffet was good. The only concern was the hotel is very old, the alley that the hotel is located, not great area. Also the hotel is under construction, if I knew I wouldn’t book it.Overall our stay was ok.

Good location, quite a distance from popular tourist spots but interesting area nonetheless. Helpful staff at reception. Cons - stained sheets with hair in the bed. Small pool and gym. Lost electricity which is expected when it rains but no contingency plan from the hotel, even flashlight in the room wasn’t working

I was told I would receive two complementary drinks and access to anything in the mini bar .... no drinks and mini bar was empty in my room. Also unfortunately the doors slam really loud on the floor I was on and could hear doors closing all night as guest came and went. Great hotel but attention to detail a little more would have been nice .

The hotel and staff provide greatest and very welcoming service. They do getting and looking into details. They surprised us with birthday greetings room decor and also chocolates and delicious cake on next day after arrival. Overall our stay was pleasant with delicious breakfast buffet for 3 weeks. The rooms and few ammenities need upgrades, because compare to other hotels of this range it looks little bit dated. but thnx for lovely respectful service I would return to this hotel with no doubts.

Yuck and easy as well. Great value. Don’t need those overpriced surrounding hotels when you got places like this.

This is a basic hotel with a great location and staff. Everything is at least adequate. Paying at the desk is usually cheaper than booking online.

Really great staff ! I love this place I would recommend it
