Didn’t like the bed and it was a little bit dirty

The concierge service was excellent. Housekeeping left a note indicating we would only receive room service, same day, if we requested it (due to our “do not disturb” sign. Later, the sign was taken down, but housekeeping repeatedly tried to enter the room without having been called. The location of the hotel is great, very close to Times Square. The Grab’n Go sandwiches we purchased downstairs were all stale.

Ideal location for exploring New York. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Booked for work, will be my go to from now on!

Issues with facilities; bathroom door would not close, air conditioner broke down, blinds to windows would not open, room key cards needing to be changed out frequently as they stopped working.

Amazing staff. Amazing hotel. But a bit overpriced. Everything else I loved, so elegant and beautiful. And staff is wonderful! The rooms are so beautiful!

Great to stay legendary Palazzo hotel! A couple of nitpicks from the perfection: * Found a fake eye-brow which is not belong to my family and a left-over chocolate piece in the refrigerator. * There’s hidden refreshment fees; charged total $42.00 for lack of description. Other than these issues, I loved to stay this place. Highly recommended.

The restaurant closes one hour earlier than stated on their website (10 pm instead of 11). Location is excellent and our room sensational. The lobby was under renovation but ok. This is a hotel clearly undergoing a renovation and the rate was decent.

We joined an event at the arena, which was a wonderful experience.

A very nice, clean property! Easy access to the strip. Tiffany at the Blu Pool was amazing!

We had a really nice stay at treasure island in Las Vegas. The room was clean and comfortable, and the check-in/check-out process was quick and hassle-free.
