We stayed in building A, 11th floor. Check in was easy. Doorman was always there to open doors and assist with taxis or luggage. The room was clean and comfortable. The A/C worked well and it was quiet. Nice bedding and comfortable pillows. We had the included breakfast buffet which was very good with many options for everyone. We went early as it got very busy if you waited too long. Then it was filled with many people, with a large percentage oblivious to their surroundings. Pool could get a bit cloudy by the end of the afternoon as there were many children in the water. The washroom was seldom used it seemed. The ocean and beachfront was close and clean. Beautiful facilities for families.
As a couple I would probably stay elsewhere next time.
