Slovenia Adriatic Coast Ski Holidays

Checked in to an uncleaned room. No sheets, trash cans full, everything used. Said they'd send a maid to clean it. Went back to ask for a different room. Got into new room. No compensation whatsoever. Ate dinner at the hotel. Waiter rarely visited, food to table was no less than an hour. Half an hour and asked twice for drinks. Finally got up after 2 hours and left as we were the last table and our waiter had just disappeared. Smaller wellness center. For the $500+ USD this was disappointing.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was much larger than expected, with lots of space to spread out. The hot tub was also a huge bonus! The location is excellent too - a small and cute village that is a short drive to hiking trailheads and amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

Even better than you can imagine- simply exceptional!

Lovely hotel and staff very helpful. I was in a room overlooking the lake which was really nice however not sure you can see the lake in some rooms due to high trees outside. Breakfast was good with lots of variety and the pool was fabulous

Wonderful accommodation in Kranjska Gora. Beautifully furnished with everything we needed and well maintained. The spa facilities are a great bonus too. We stayed in June and the location is convenient for exploring walking/cycle routes and the lakes if you have access to a car. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting this area.
