Staff were excellent and very accommodating.

The staff and hotel facilities and amenities were all outstanding.

The number one benefit of this hotel is its location. It is so close to a huge shopping mall with many food choices. This huge mall is connected to the train station. Which made exploring the neighboring areas much easier. Don’t expect a lot of amenities as this is more of a business hotel not really a leisure hotel. However, it is super cleanly.

The gardens for the property and the other Prince hotels were beautiful. The 7-11 in the lobby was very convenient for a late night snack and quick morning coffee. Access to Shinagawa Station was welcome after our Shinkansen from Kyoto, and access to the Yamamoto line for getting around Tokyo after arrival. There was significant construction in front of the hotel that made walking from the station a bit tricky, but we were able to access through the Prince Sakura Tower.

Love this hotel!! Quiet neighborhood and 1 block from Shiomi Station. Room was spacious and very comfortable. They offered complimentary water every day of our stay. Also, the area for the bathroom was great with separate amenities, such independent toilet room, shower and sink providing privacy. Breakfast buffet was great with several options. Although we did not include it when making the booking we paid at the hotel approximately $25/person but It was worth it. In addition they have a convenience store (Family Mart) at the hotel, with everything on hand from personal care, snacks, drinks to the popular pre packed Japanese meals to go. Love the hotel and definitely recommend it. We had a very pleasant stay.

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Is located within walking distance to train stations and very near to great shopping and night life.

We have been staying at this hotel for the past two years when we travelled to Tokyo, absolutely loved it! The rooms are spacious and cleaned!! It's walking distance to the Akasaka district which there's hundreds of restaurants to chose from. They have a lot of English speaking staff which I find helpful.

Excellent service, very helpful staff who took care of all my requests and needs. We enjoyed our stay and are glad that we had decided to return in a few days to again enjoy the service. Great management and staff! Look forward to our next visit 😃
