Very clean and great service

Room cleanliness was excellent and staff were very courteous, pleasant and polite. Location is also very convenient close to the motorway, food joints, groceries etc.

From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding—warm, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive. The facilities were top-notch: clean, modern, and incredibly comfortable. Whether we were relaxing in our villa, enjoying the scenic surroundings, or taking advantage of the amenities, everything was impeccably maintained and thoughtfully designed. What really stood out was the staff—they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring, they made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind and explore the beauty of New Zealand North Island. Highly recommended, and we can’t wait to return!

Our room was immaculate, featuring a beautifully renovated modern bathroom and a large wall-mounted TV with Netflix and a full range of channels, which kept my children and me perfectly entertained during our downtime. The service we received was genuinely five-star. Every staff member went above and beyond opening doors, engaging with us warmly, and ensuring we had everything we needed. Their kindness and professionalism truly elevated our experience. The hotel’s facilities were spotless and thoughtfully maintained. We also enjoyed taking family photos in the outdoor garden areas, which offered several picturesque backdrops to choose from. Overall, our stay exceeded expectations and we look forward to returning.
