Overall, the room could use some updating, but I can't complain much outside of that. The goal on vacation is to have a place where you can eat, sleep, and know your belongings are safe, and this hotel delivered on that. They could update a bit or give more variety at breakfast, but for an overall great experience, they earned a five-star rating.

The staff at the Pinnacle were so welcoming, kind, friendly and helpful. They made sure our room was comfortable and to our liking. The room is newly renovated and in excellent condition. The roof top patio has one of the best evening views in all of Athens. Highly recommend staying at The Pinnacle on your future visits to Athens.

Beautiful views, clean room. Especially impressed with the breakfast and breakfast staff. Do not recommend the buffet dinner as value just isn’t there compared to the great breakfast, as there isn’t as much variety or even drinks included yet costs a lot. Dinner staff also seemed not interested. Wish we skipped that.

Sadly we only got to see this property late at night and really early in the morning on the way to Piraeus Port after a late flight in. But we checked in smoothly and quickly and the room was comfortable and clean. Worth returning to if we have more time next time.

Hotel on its own footprint, near to the dock area, so for a 1 night stay before boarding a cruise ship it was the best location. The room clean modern practical comfortable, and quiet. We added breakfast for 15 euro each. The temperature in the room, essentially the air conditioning had to be controlled via the reception desk, a first in my experience! Great and very helpful staff at all times of the day. Taxi to cruise port 15 euro. For 1 or 2 night occupancy it is great.

Clean and big rooms . Great staff going above and beyond . The place has all the amenities and nice coffee machine too . Rooms are huge with great views of the city.
