The hotel was very clean and quiet. My room was a good size and it too was spotlessly clean during my entire stay. The staff were friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent, near many attractions, shopping, restaurants and neighbourhoods. It was amazing that it was so quiet given proximity to Gran Via.

Everything was great except that we were there on a Sunday night and the dining around the area was limited.
The horrible part is that I woke up with blood around my pillow and covered in bed bug bites. (room 403) 5 days later still itching and blistering. Disgusting. Hope I didn’t bring any home with me!!

The staff makes this hotel so special! What kind and helpful individuals! The room was lovely and the breakfast served in a lovely room was bountiful! We could not have wished for more. The hotel was perfectly located to enjoy Salamanca on foot. They made dinner reservations for us and directed us to the important sites to see. Perfect visit!!
