Everything was exceptional except… the furniture being scratched up. Looks like there was a water leak on the ceiling from the room above and that amenities are limited unless you ask and go downstairs. We got around that partially by asking room service when they were on our floor for items and going downstairs to microwave food…not really a 300$ a night room tho.

The front desk is very helpful even when there was a long line waiting to be attended (maybe it should add a new hire?). Breakfast is a top notch quality with reasonable varieties served by very well trained staff. The pools are in good conditions. Will stay there again next time.
