There was no maid service. The tv didn’t work even after the got it to turn on. No amenities. The hotel staff was friendly, but room was managed by another group. I will not stay here again if I return.

It's the closest to the convention center. Otherwise, it smells like cigarette on the ground floor and you can't avoid it. It is hard to make a simple hot tea or coffee first thing in the morning. There is no hot water kettle, you have to "request" one, it's a hassle and they bring a huge rice cooker type kettle just to warm water which takes forever. It's honestly ridiculous. If you want coffee first thing, you either have to call room service and wait forever, and your coffee arrives lukewarm or you have to go to the smelly ground floor, walk the entire casino and make a huge line at the only coffee shop, just for this purpose. It's insulting, specially after paying "resort fee" which covers nothing, not even clean drinking water in your room! I saw guests carrying their water that you have to purchase outside of the complex and bring with you. What a disgrace. The most difficult thing is basically the hardest at this hotel, which is eating and drinking. But if you smoke, it's their top priority.
