The airport shuttle was very convenient. I would have liked more gluten free and vegetarian options on the menu. I had a bad diabetic episode because there weren’t sensible/filling choices on the menu. You can’t live on pizza (which contains gluten anyway).

Location was amazing, the staff were great but the hotel lacked amenities for a hotel of this quality

Comfortable beds and pillows. The rooms are very small. We had the balcony and bistro which was a nice upgrade. However there are several sex shops next door and across the hotel which was a little surprising upon arrival. I wasn’t prepared for the rif raf that accompanied that.

Good location, good sized room, great helpful staff

This was my second time staying at this hotel. For the most part it was a good stay. However, there was construction that had made the Hotel a little messy and quite loud in the mornings. The staff was friendly as well! When we were to check out no one was in the lobby and we could not get out of the hotel- doors were locked so crazy way. we knocked on doors and out uber driver rang the outer door bell and still nothing-was quite annoying. We opened a side door and were able to get out but it still was not ok with me (although it was very early). The hotel is in a great area, around great restaurants, and attractions. Overall, minus the lack of staff at the desk upon checkout, construction, morning noise- also the AC did not work and breakfast was not the best. Higher recommend going down the street to the coffee and book shop for breakfast. Mostly a good and very safe place to stay.

Great stay! Close to Eiffel Tower, metro, but at the very quiet street with no crowds. Breakfast is awesome. Hot tub is helpful at the end of the day when u do not feel your legs after walking.

Another excellent stay at the stylish Les Bains. The staff is beyond excellent and helpful. Highly recommended

Cute duplex room with balcony. The staff are really helpful and friendly. The location is ideal to walk around to shop, dine and site seeing.

The hotel staff were so incredibly helpful and sweet; really good people. The hotel always smelled amazing and the rooms were cute, decently spacious and well stocked and cleaned daily. My only complaint would be that the bathroom didn’t have a door, that would bring my review up to 5/5.

Very good location - close to Metro station and walkable to the Louvre and other attractions. Small but comfortable room. Friendly/helpful staff.
