Great hotel for your stay in Tokyo. Minato is a nice quiet area. Hotel is convenient to Hamamatsu Cho station, for easy access to Tokyo station, Disney, Shibuya and Shinjuku. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. I’ll stay there again. My wife and two daughters loved it!

New hotel, excellent amenities, awesome shuttle service

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The room was much bigger than most hotels we’ve stayed in and felt more like an apartelle or serviced apartment. Everything was clean, spacious, modern, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and spoke English well, which made communication very easy. The location was also excellent—close to restaurants, shopping areas, and other attractions, making it convenient to get around. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We hope they continue to maintain the cleanliness and quality of the property because it made our experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit and look forward to coming back in the future.

I was very surprised at the quality of the property. It is in major need of a renovation. Pretty much all the doors on our floor (11th) were very dirty as well as the base boards. The carpets in the hallway were extremely worn down. Our room also showed significant signs of wear and tear. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good and the view was spectacular
