yes. did not like the tile bathroom floor as it was extremely slippery. we both slipped & luckily did not fall. The TV had 3 white spots on the screen-very distracting. Also, the safe did not work.

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

Instead of a small bottle of wine. Room upgrade is better

Lovely reception at check in, accommodating all with joy and a smile. We were in the Presidential suite…sofa left much to be desired…other wise perfect Thank you

Very high and shopping great food court was very fresh and wonderful food, including sushi very nice day very pampered and lush

I loved my stay. It was an excellent view a warm reception good Staff, but I had a problem which was the refrigerator to store my food, also no microwave to microwave my food.

The hotel was just awesome! Large rooms, loved the gondola ride, plenty of restaurants.

Front desk staff NOT helpful, very slow, not friendly. Housekeeping staff are so friendly, helpful, accomodating, and our room was very clean. All food, drinks, and items in the convenience store WAY over priced
