First time at the property and the lobby was very nice! I love the way it was decorated for the holidays and it smelled like berries when you walked in. The room was very spacious and bed was extremely comfortable

Always great staff, location, clean, and safe. We did have an issue with booking the wrong set of days and missed out on one of our nights because we arrived a day late. They could see we didn’t use the room, and while not required, it would have been a show of good faith if they had given us the extra night we then needed at a discounted rate. Other than that, we will continue to stay at this hotel when we go to Disney.
