Cafe in the lobby is nice but understaffed. Many people standing in line during the morning rushed ended up leaving before placing an order. The hotel charges a $25 per day resort fee but gives you that amount at credit at the cafe. It appears it’s understaffed intentionally. We checked in and headed straight to dinner. When we got back from dinner we learned they gave our rooms away…AFTER we had already checked it. Made no effort to fix their error and instead said we could cancel our reservation. There are better hotels in the area.

Rooms could do with revamping. Tired and very dark / poor lighting.
Great location for Disney and felt safe.
Pool good and towels provided.
