Welcoming staff. Easy walking-distance from a lot of major attractions

Overall it was a great place. I was disappointed about a few things, but i prefer to write them so other costumers do not fall under the same trap that create expectations. When i book, i always look at the Icons of inclusions, for commodity i always look for a place that included breakfast, Adoro displays it just as Breakfast, turns out it was not included, it is ok it is not a huge difference in money it is just the surprise and inconvenience, same goes for Shuttle to the Airport, i took this hotel over others downtown as it displayed Shuttle to the airport but as it turns out i had to pay for it…for that matter every hotel in Rome offers Shuttle to the airport and every Hotel have Breakfast « available » I understand i did not read the fine print, but hotels should not be allowed to manipulate costumers with icons that normally would represent an included service. I am 45 years old and have traveled extensively since i am an importer, so just mentioning this for context.
