The air conditioning need to be improved. The technician came and said it fixed. But all night the temperature in the room show 25. I tried to turn it down to 20. Didn’t work.

eveerything about this hotel is excellent but in particular was the kindness and caring of all the staff unfortunetly i was quite poorly for the week i was in hua hin the concern the staff showed me was above and beyond especially the hotel maids checking on me through the day thank you so much for making a bad situation so bearable i will never forget your kindness thank you so much i would not hesitate to stay here again and thoroughly recommend this hotel

Room clean, staff very friendly

Good balance of things, smiles that do not feel like fakes. Excellent suite, nece pool and beacharea.

We had an amazing time, the grounds are absolutely gorgeous and breathtaking. Hotel is in great area with short walk to town, highly recommended
