Didn’t like the bed and it was a little bit dirty

I enjoyed how friendly the staff was and how accommodating they were! It’s a beautiful hotel as well!

Amazing hotel, love the aesthetic and location!

Property was relatively ok. It was cleaner than other high-end hotels because it’s newer. I wasn’t super impressed but I wasn’t disappointed either. The one thing that made the biggest impression on me was the fact that everytime I had to call front desk for any requests (more toilet paper, getting trash emptied out, help with luggage, ordering warm milk for my toddler, etc.), I was greeted with a long wait and grumpy undertone on the other line. While I understand that it’s very busy and people get stressed out, but a kind tone goes such a long way. The one positive aspect that stood out to me was when I had to meet with a DoorDasher in the valet driveway to grab my food, the lady (staff member) who was directing traffic literally stopped all traffic just to allow me to cross over safely to obtain my food. She was very kind and patient. That gesture of kindness stayed with me!

Lovely place! Highlight of my way stay while here on business! The staff really understand good service and all lovely people! Will be coming back for sure!

Really fast for check in

The room inside is very nice, quaint and beautiful. The problem was because it’s a dog friendly hotel and family friendly. It was extremely noisy. It’s like the walls and the doors were quite thin. We have dogs and kids so understand how hard it is to control when they become upset. I was just hoping for a weekend getaway with my husband and myself that was a bit more peaceful, but unfortunately, it was not due to the noise and also we couldn’t get the temperature right in the room for some reason. they are a bit short staffed with housekeeping several times they did not come, but the front desk was kind enough to bring a few things that we requested. It isn’t a great location walkable to the entrance of the park. It’s not that far away. Maybe a 15 minute walk and very close to where most of the restaurants are. We didn’t use the pool. It was right in the sun exposed area, so avoided that and it did look like there was a small round hot tub. There was an area where it looked like smaller young kids could play
