Rooms were cleaned daily and well done. The staff was courteous, friendly and accommodating in addressing any issues and inquiries. The spa was lovely and well maintained. We had an awesome and enjoyable time as a result.

Room was great, spacious, lots of space for jackets.
Nice central location with great walkability!
Check in was smooth; loved the complimentary phone with basic data and phone line that we could take around town.

Excellent stay. We got upgraded to a Loft suite room, which it was a plus! Food were amazing on the Tides Restaurant, one of the best meals in Iceland. The only thing was the mattress of the bed, it was not very comfortable. But overall, the service 10/10!!! Will definitely come back.
