Beautiful room. Perfect location on south beach.

The room was well done….and super clean. The only thing I would suggest is a coffee maker in the room. We were in 8 912

Very nice hotel in a perfect location

The drapes was broken in our room. I found the broken parts in the drawer right next to the bed. The remote control of the drapes seemed not working properly. I enjoy the heated pool very much. However, the hour (9am-4pm) seems to be too short. The large tube in the room is big enough for 2 people and it is great.

I complained with the manager of the hotel and housekeeping for the poor management of my request to clean my room after the toilet got clogged. 9 am I requested to have the room clean (while we are out of the hotel) but returned to the hotel at around 2PM and the room was not cleaned yet. I called like 4 times and everytime I called, I was told that the cleaner is on its way (1st call was told it will only take 15-20 minutes) and took about an hour until after I complained that the cleaner arrived. When I spoke with another housekeeper on line and the manager I was told that all my earlier calls were not recorded (which explained why the room was not cleaned and the follow up cleaner never arrived). Its very frustrating.
