The hotel was good. The room was comfortable though very spartan. The room was large to allow for the addition of futons which we didn’t need. This made the room arrangement feel open and sparse.

Our stay at Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo was such a beautiful way to end our trip to Japan! The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, and the thoughtful details made us feel truly cared for. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and a lovely place to unwind.
The magnificent gardens and beautiful pool made the hotel feel like a peaceful retreat in the middle of Tokyo. After busy days exploring the city, it was wonderful to return to such a relaxing setting. Give yourself time to enjoy the hotel, pool, and gardens—they’re all part of what makes this place so special. We left with beautiful memories and would happily return!
