The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The concierge helped us find a local restaurant that had excellent food at a reasonable price. They have a beautiful garden accessible from the second floor. I would highly recommend the hotel for a relaxing and peaceful stay.

Keio was wonderful! Well located, right opposite the metro govt building for the lights show, has a 7/11 in the building ( amazing), helpful staff, great location near the station and lots of restaurants. The airport limo comes right to your doorstep, Disney bus right to your doorstep. Everything so convenient. Love love love.

The check-in time was at 3:00 PM, but we are still waiting because the room is not ready yet. What is more disappointing is that we did not receive any call or notification informing us when the room was finally ready. This is very inconvenient and frustrating, especially after waiting beyond the scheduled check-in time.
