Tam Hai Island Scuba Diving Holidays

Stella Maris was a decent hotel to stay at in Da Nang. Super close and convenient if you want to go to My Khe Beach (maybe a 3-5 min walk) as its literally right across. Lots of breakfast options as well. Downside is, it was a little noisy. There’s a new hotel being built right across the street, which was quite loud. Also, during our first morning, we were woken up by the sound of hammering as staff was replacing the carpet on our floor at around 7am. Then the next day after that, 2 rooms on our floor were completely being renovated… again at around 7/8am. We were unable to sleep in and enjoy a relaxing vacation.

The room and amenities were good but the room was a little warm in the evening without the ability to change the temperature. Service and food were amazing.

This was a good hotel for families but I don’t recommend for couples as the noise from children yelling and squealing in the pools started very early and went on till almost 11pm at night which carried all the way up to the 10th floor. Also need to mention that the food was very very expensive for Vietnam. But it is on a lovely beach front location.

I loved my stay here so much I cancelled my stay at another hotel and came back. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are wonderfully helpful and so friendly. Property is relaxed and quiet. Shuttle service to old town runs multiple times a day. Views are great from the river room (havent stayed in other rooms so cant comment). Love the complimentary mini bar items and turn down service. Breakfast had a good variety of foods. Food in general was very good. Great price too
