Fantastic staff, especially the breakfast crew and the omelette guy . Front desk was efficient in extending our stay and with local suggestions and recommendations. Room was super quiet and the hospitality workers were timely and thorough. I would stay here again for sure. Thanks to the whole staff.

The staff were wonderful and my room was lovely and clean. The rooftop pool was also a wonderful place to swim, and big enough for lengths. The Ari area has plenty of cool outdoor bar/restaurants and is a nice option if you want a quieter Bangkok visit. A small downside was breakfast. I still enjoyed it every day but the fried eggs were often cold, the bread for toast quite sweet and the butter difficult to use. There were lots of other options though, so three stars. One other thing: the sky bar had no beer. But the upsides definitely outweighed and I would stay here again. Thank you!

The property is in a very touristy neighborhood with lots of shops and food (including street food) options. It’s also close to a BTS station. The staff is very accommodating and the hotel is generally clean. They do not provide an iron in the room. The room could use some updates and the bathroom could use a detailed cleaning to rid the mildew in some areas.

The staff was so friendly and nice. Also the rooms were super clean and nice as well. We will definitely stay here again

Great place to stay. No complaints at all Definitely would return . Great staff overall Place is beautiful,pool n spa is excellent Maybe change up the breakfast a little so most California People are eating breakfast at 8 am not brunch, Why not add hot oatmeal and bananas to the breakfast Still rate a 10

Clean rooms and very polite caring and attentive staff. Breakfast buffet has a lot of variety.
