The hotel was very well maintained and clean. All staff were extremely professional and friendly. Breakfast gave a wide variety of options. Our only disappointment was room service on our first day. Waited an hour for it to arrive, called them..apparently they forgot our order. When it did arrive 30mins later, the meal was no longer hot.

Staff was super friendly, and the breakfast buffet was awesome.

I really enjoyed my stay at Lebua and the staff were simply wonderful and very helpful. However, I was here on business and although they have what looks to be a decent business center, it was not open and I don't believe they plan on opening it anytime soon, if ever. I had a number of things I needed to print out for business purposes and it was not convenient to have to email my documents to the staff to print them for me. The lobby of the building stinks of sewage and is a big downside that, in my opinion, prevents this hotel from being a top level place. The Sky Bar is incredibly expensive and not good for meeting colleagues for drinks unless you are willing to spend several hundred dollars. Breakfast was quite good.

The breakfast is excellent. The staff are polite and very courteous in attending to you. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The gym is small and limited. The swimming pool is under renovations.

To Peninsula Teams, We would like to expressed my sincere review to The Peninsula Bangkok. We have a pleasant stay with hotel by offering upgrading our room from deluxe to suites. Thank you very much ! The room was immaculate-with beautiful view, spacious for relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable. i appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary refreshment and luxurious toiletries. we definitely will come back again and i already looking forward to my next stay.
