Good property, nice room and nice staff especially the female ones. The location is just one step away from the beach. The minus is the lobby is so hot, especially in the summer time.

It’s a beautiful place but very inconvenient to get around especially staying at Villa. Our villa was so far from the beach. Our first night there was too much mosquitoes and bed was itchy until we asked them to change all bedding a few nights later. The villa was a very good size but not as well kept as I have liked. We got food poisoning from either the cups or the juices that we drink during breakfast buffet. Lots of their guests do not have food manners use hands instead of tongs.

We booked 2 ocean view units and they were absolutely breathtaking, the hotel is located right across the beach so it’s very convenient to go for a walk along the beach after dinner. The rooftop pool had a 360° view and the water was so nice that we spent hours swimming every day. The breakfast buffet is good, it offers varieties of Vietnamese food and some western choices. The best is the service from the staff. The really know how to take care of you with a smile. This is the number one reason for us to come back to this hotel.

A 5 star resort, pretty much everything you would expect. My only issue was sometimes they force you to spend. For example, we had extra food that we saved and refrigerated, but they wouldn't microwave it for us- We would need to order new food.
