Check in process was seamless, we messaged on WhatsApp before arrival and we were greeted by someone at the gate. There is staff preset from 9-5 wich responded quickly with any questions. Daily house cleaning was a nice plus Pool was clean and air conditioning was cold both bed rooms were large and both ensuits were clean one has a roof that opens to let natural sunlight in, the kitchen was functional Private parking directly Infront of villa and your own key I was very impressed over all I will be back (I recommend asking about in villa massage fair price and good quality)

We had a wonderful 9 nights at the Sebali Resort. The food was excellent throughout our stay with great menu choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The spa was also amazing and we had a couple of great full body massages by the experienced team. Srina, you have magic hands!! All the staff are so polite and accommodating, they are well trained and most speak English very well. There were only two things that weren’t great but one was not the fault of the hotel. The adjacent resort, the Kayon, was expanding and renovating. When you headed to either of the restaurants for meals you could see and hear all the machinery and tools being used. It ruined the atmosphere but it became amusing for my husband and I to watch the building practices. We thankfully couldn’t hear any of the construction work from our room, so we had a very peaceful stay and enjoyed listening to the sound of the waterfall as we fell asleep or relaxing by our pool. The only other issue for us was the bed. It was very hard, but Patek from housekeeping did his best to add an extra layer of softness for us. We still had a wonderful time and would return to the property, but would suggest the management invest in some new mattresses and maybe some sun cover by the private pools.

Best resort for couples, excellent service, customized breakfast options, small paradise

We had an incredible stay at Sumitra and couldn’t recommend it more highly. Everything was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was warm, attentive and genuinely outstanding, and we were pleasantly surprised by how reasonably priced everything was. The location was perfect for us—peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle, yet only a short bike ride to restaurants, beaches and anything else we wanted to explore. The complimentary bikes were one of the highlights of our stay and made getting around so easy and enjoyable. The spa was another standout. We had some of the best massages we’ve ever experienced, and it was the perfect way to relax during our holiday. We would absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sumitra to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing stay with exceptional hospitality.

The hotel was very clean and our 2 apt complex lovely. What I would note is the bright light from the streetlight outside our villa shone straight onto my pillow which meant I couldn’t sleep on that side. Also there is a large building site next door, which wasn’t noisy other than the odd truck going up and down - we hadn’t been told about the building works. But it was ok for us though it may get busier. Staff very helpful and lovely. Free shuttle to run you around Nusa Dua which was great. Beach club was nice. Breakfast and dinner was delicious and dinner was reasonably priced compared to the rest of Nusa Dua. Over all beautiful accommodation and service.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The resort was beautiful. There’s nothing quite like it. I would recommend this place to all my friends.
