The room was spotless clean and was furnished to a very high standard. The staff were absolutely superb, both front of house, in the bar/restaurant and cleaners. I would highly recommend and will stay again.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, restaurants in the area. It is a short walk from Westminster Abbey and the London Eye. Quiet hotel tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Very clean room. Location is incredible for access to central London - literally 5 mins walk to the tube station. The room was spacious but I was in the top floor which had very small windows so the room was quite dark. No issues if you’re not planning to spend a lot of time in your room. The bed was quite soft - just be aware if you like a firmer bed. Nice amenities in the room.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Every member of the staff was extremely welcoming, helpful, and friendly. They were always willing to offer recommendations for restaurants or things to do, and would even help arrange a taxi. When we checked in, we were greeted immediately, offered water, and then promptly shown to our room. The rooms were each unique and cozy, which really encouraged you to enjoy all the different spaces the hotel had to offer to relax. Their menu was also really good—especially the breakfast options—and they even offered a really nice afternoon tea. We were traveling to visit the Hawaiian Kingdom exhibition at the British Museum, and it was literally right around the corner—not even a 5-minute walk. We were also conveniently close to several shops and restaurants, all within a few minutes walking. Even some I visited in SoHo tweet only a 15–18 minute walk, or a quick cab ride if walking isn’t possible for you. I wish I could name everyone on the staff who made such an impression, but I didn’t catch all of their names. Tudor, Marta, and the two evening bartenders were all fantastic—but truly, everyone I encountered at the hotel was. If I’m ever back in London, I will definitely be staying here again.

The rooms were clean and very modern. The staff were attentive, arranged car service, and made recommendations as needed. They even provided us with a bottle of prosecco for our anniversary. We enjoyed the Blind Spot (Speakeasy) on the property. They had great drinks and we had a few shares while there. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the tube. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Fantastic chic hotel. Lovely room with everything needed. Friendly staff, super breakfast and perfect location near Hyde Park, Harrods and underground.

Fine staff, especially Thomas. Happy to add delight to our London stay. Found the right restaurants for us, made sure everything went smoothly during our 9 night stay. We have stayed here annually for more than 10 years.
