Restaurants had poor service

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

Excellent staff and location. Room has minifridge and safe but does not have a wardrobe only a set of shelfs and cloth hangers. Bathroom nice and clean with shower but separated from the room by a glass rolling door only (not really sound and odor-proof). Excellent buffet breakfast with huge variety of hot and cold food including cold cuts and even smoked salmon very efficiently organized, accommodating huge number of guests without almost no waiting time. Deli/bar at lobby level with good selection of food and drinks even at late night.

Very high and shopping great food court was very fresh and wonderful food, including sushi very nice day very pampered and lush

I loved my stay. It was an excellent view a warm reception good Staff, but I had a problem which was the refrigerator to store my food, also no microwave to microwave my food.

Front desk staff NOT helpful, very slow, not friendly. Housekeeping staff are so friendly, helpful, accomodating, and our room was very clean. All food, drinks, and items in the convenience store WAY over priced
