Room was made to a good standard, the biggest perks is the staff friendliness, attentive and accommodating. They deliver an excellent service. I will definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

Initially we had done problems. Water temperature in room was terrible. Some staff in bar not friendly/helpful. However - when speaking to concierge he immediately rectified the issues. Changed our room and treated us well. His customer service made a big difference. French waitress at Hippo restaurant was a delight. Overall very good and will stay again.

Rooms were excellent. Ideal for a family with an early morning flight. Convenient, friendly staff, excellent quality. Reasonably priced, will most definitely stay again.

Very convenient location. Hosts were very accommodating with check-in and check-out times, and the onsite parking included is worth it's weight in gold! Our 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious, plenty of room for 5 of us, with everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again.

Sofitel Wellington was an excellent stay when we were in New Zealand, perfectly located in the CBD and within walking distance to everything. I cannot recommend the hotel enough.
