There wasn't enough parking, so you had to constantly look for a spot.

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

Hadn’t stayed here since the old Hilton days, was pleasantly surprised at how great everything still is! Will definitely be back!

The staff was very helpful and courteous. I booked a smoking room, and they put us in a non smoking room. They corrected the error in record time. The right hand sink in the bathroom drained very slowly. The ice machine on our floor went out on Sunday, and they were working on it immediately, and my wife was able to get ice for her drinks on Monday. The room was very nice, although the TV did not get more than one channel. Room service was good, but expensive. Two burgers with fries, and four non alcoholic drinks was $238.00 dollars.

We stayed at Aria Resort in Las Vegas and, unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. The shower was not properly cleaned and had hair left in it, and there was a fake nail left in the toilet area. Additionally, the exterior-facing windows were extremely dirty, making it difficult to clearly see outside, which really affected the overall experience. Management did offer a $75 beverage voucher as compensation; however, we were never able to use it because it was only valid at a specific convenience store that we could not locate during our stay. Overall, the service recovery was appreciated, but the cleanliness issues and the difficulty using the voucher were disappointing.

The room has an 1/2 drank waterbottle and cleaning rag next to it. When I checked in the cleaning service ladies were bickering Nextdoor about something. I let the front desk know all the details and they said they would look into it. I’ve stayed there before, but for a nice hotel, that should happen and with no remedy. I’ll probably go to Fontainbleau next time when looking for a 5 star.
