This is the most luxurious place we have stayed at and the staff was very attentive and friendly. There were a few things that needed to be fixed but it was an over-the-top experience overall.

Room sink and shower has black mildew. Staff great. Mosquito bites after sitting in the room balcony for 15 minutes. Buffet breakfast was good.

The hotel was absolutely stunning. It has many restaurants, a huge pool and it opens up onto a private beach shared with a couple of other hotels which was incredible. I have never stayed in a hotel where staff were so attentive - they were so friendly and more than happy to help at any moment in time. I would highly reccomend staying here!! It is an incredibly beautiful place - I would stay here again!

Front staff are friendly, food is served fresh everyday. Rooms are smaller than expected. Overall amenities, feels tight and squeezed in. My daughter was stung by a jellyfish and they did not have a first aid kit or even Vinegar, I had to ask the next door restaurant. Very slow food service if it's not breakfast. Too many unnecessary "Helpers" esp baggages waiting for handouts-- it's okay but it's overwhelming when too many people are entitled of tips (And this seems common in the whole Boracay too). It could have been more peaceful and relaxing.
