Lobby, bar, and reception was nice. Noise went on late from the convention center. Parking was expensive for valet or self park with no choice but to pay, consider this extra expense when booking.

We love this hotel and have stayed there 4 times now. The staff is wonderful and you can that they treat them well as they’ve been there for years. The shuttle to Disneyland is great and super convenient. The Starbucks in the lobby is everything! Nothing ever bad to say.

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

We were upgraded for 80USD - they called it as sky suite, however the suite was small. Smaller than our original room. The property was smoky, especially the ground floor where the casino was there. Its high time then ban smoking in casinos. I wouldnt go with kids
