This was my 2nd stay at Westgate. I loved it the 1st time (4yrs) ago. While I did enjoy my stay this time, the staff(FrontDesk) wasn't as nice this go around. But all in all, I will still book again the future.

Stayed in the Augustus Tower 37th floor. Room was clean, spacious, bed was comfortable. Very noisy. You hear every door opening and closing. You can hear all the traffic on the streets bellow.

New modern hotel. Bedroom is humongous, feels like an apartment. But, bed is very very uncomfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful at all times. The key system only works if you download an app, I got a real key and it didn't work.
