Clean and tidy and bright. The only thing that might need looking at was the single bed in 23 had springs in the mattress that was very uncomfortable. A new mattress would be much more comfortable

Awesome stay as we have been using this hotel for our accommodation past three years. Always great but I would like to thank the house keeping team for very special service on Sunday 21st. Our special thanks to the person who made our room so clean and tidy as expected.

Convenient location, wonderful customer service. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and pristine. The lobby has a wonderful fragrance, as soon as you walk in, it feels like a spa. It was a very nice experience for all the family.

My sons favourite straw was mistakenly thrown in the trash.
I went to office to see if i could get it back they said no problem and went through all the trash for that day and got it back for him.
Wifi was a bit spotty when we got there they came down to check straight away when he couldnt fix it there and then he offered for us to move rooms to fix the problem.
Helpful friendly and always keen to go the extra mile to help with any enquiry.
Would definitely return to this motel.
