Bathroom is a bit rusty and outdated. There is no power point to use hair dryer. No USB socket for charging. Blanket is so thin to keep the body warm. Luggage storage is $150/piece/day is incredibly.

Prices to stay were considerably high especially with breakfasts. We chose to eat elsewhere except at night in the western style restaurant.

Amazing hotel and location. I highly recommend staying at this property if you plan on visiting Hong Kong Disney. Great amenities and prime location.

Friendly staff but check in check out are too slow. Property is old and small but clean.

Staff are very helpful throughout the hotel. The souvenir key cards they give you at checkout get you access to a vip line to go through park security.

The airport shuttle only stops at the Novotel Hotel in Tung Chung, which is not convenient for travelers. As we had just arrived in Hong Kong, we were unfamiliar with the area and found it confusing to walk from the Novotel to the Silveri Hotel.

The hotel is very nice.

All was good except the Lounge Staff. I felt like I was not welcome there. Ordered 2 beers and a cheese platter. Waited 20 minutes after the beer and no cheese platter. When I asked about it, the guy was non-caring and relied with a "will bring it now". I told him to forget it and left. He Tried getting a tip as well. :). After that, I ordered room service and the service was Excellent!
