Apartment is nice and tidy, well equipped. Neighbourhood is very safe, within a gated community. Walking distance to a shopping area, very handy Expedia committed a QR code to enter for check-in, which made that process very frustrating. Afterwards was great, was given a remote to get through gates.

Great location! Walkable to tons of dining options and the beach is right there! I was hoping it was more of an ocean view but it’s obstructed by a huge building in front. The kitchenette is small but has everything you need! Beds are super comfortable! Pillows not so much. It’s also super loud when it’s windy and not really ideal to be on the balcony when the weather isn’t great. The master bedroom balcony door is locked and unable to open yet the balcony door in the spare room where our kids slept, was able to open. We did not like that. Overall good location and would stay again!

The room was clean and perfect for a family. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. And the location is absolutely stunning. Could not have hoped for a better place to stay.

Very nice accomodation with best location

Excellent location in surfers paradise for our family of 5, with stunning views. The check-in process was not smooth on a weekend, & instructions to find carpark were non-existent, but got there after 4 phone calls to afterhours. Apartment was spacious and clean, with some things in need of repair. WIFI was very weak and often nonexistent, which would have made our rating higher.

What a great hotel. From the minute you walk in they make you feel welcome. Room was great and very quiet, only downside was the balcony was closed off for maintenance yet I saw nothing happening. Location was a quick walk to the beach. Bar downstairs was good as was the food. Pool looked great I didn’t get time to try it but lots were swimming. Nice teas, coffee pod machine. Just a great stay and well worth the money $30 per night parking or $50 if they park for you which is normal I guess
