Watakano Island Romantic Holidays

The hotel staff were very responsive when we requested help checking in and forwarding luggage. Although they only process C.O.D. Luggage forwarding we were able to send them at the 7-11 next door so minor inconvenience. The location was good only a very short walk from the subway. The rooms were clean and normal sized for Japan. We especially liked the clothing steamer in the room. We had two rooms here. The one on the side opposite the elevator was slightly bigger and had better storage for our bags. Air conditioning , water, and Wi-fi all worked well. This hotel does not run a manned front desk..the call button for assistance is located on the check in machine. A good value.

まだオープン間もなくホテルそのものも素敵ですが、ホスピタリティーも素晴らしく、大変心地良い時を過ごさせて頂きました。 天空のプールはインフィニティーで街を見下ろせ空を泳いでる気分に、夜は まるで 羽毛に優しく包まれてるかのような気持ち良いガウンを着てベットに入ると、雲の上にいるような気分に。 朝食も美味しく、極上の休日を過ごさせていて頂き感謝です。 唯一残念だったのは 最上階でのディナーの予約が取れなかったことです。 次回は是非 ディナーにも行ってみたいです。
