Very nice property overall. Some good happy hour food and beverage deals. Very nice pool area w lots of seating. Room at the Conrad was large and well appointed. No complaints. McDs out front for cheap morning coffee worked well. Peppermill restaurant across the street had good happy hour specials and a really cool lounge. Don’t forget to visit Slots a Fun, a 5 min walk from the hotel, for $5 blackjack min and cheap drinks if that is your thing.

Nice rooms, comfy beds, very clean casino and common areas. All the staff was very helpful and genuinely kind and courteous. Location was central for us wanting to get to Red Rock and out west and also convenient to the strip/downtown without all the congestion. Will definitely stay again when we go back to Vegas.

Honest review: Pros: Very near UCLA, staff was nice, bed was quite comfortable, internet was fast enough to stream a movie on my laptop, room was clean, free breakfast (would have preferred more protein, but it was free after all), valet was very quick with my car, reasonable price given how many other hotels nearby are outrageously priced, clearly they use dehumidifiers to keep the humidity level managed (nice for us given we come from a drier climate and aren’t used to the humidity), the staff reached out in advance to see if I had any special requests before arrival Cons: Next to the freeway and traffic goes all night (we were on the freeway side) - manageable with earplugs or if you are a heavy sleeper; no shower door or curtain so good luck keeping water fully in the shower and it was impossible not to be cold while showering; the toilet paper holder was not stable; no microwave to reheat food we brought with us; BIGGEST complaint…the A/C unit was so loud it sounded like an airplane engine starting up and we were forced to turn off the A/C so that we could sleep without being woken every hour. All other inconveniences were minor compared to that. I really hope they fix/upgrade their units. Would I stay again? Yep. Would I make sure to have earplugs? Big YEP! Would I prefer them to have a maintenanced/quieter Air conditioner? Giant YEP!!

The location was still good for a Saturday stay with a lower rate b/c subway stations are close by as is Pier 11 to get over to DUMBO quickly. The neighborhood wasn’t a ghost-town even a good bit after midnight. Room was clean and nice.

Clean room, good breakfast, and 1 block away from time square. It was a really good experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

Though the room was on the smaller side (completely understand as we were in NYC), our family of 5 had a comfortable and lovely stay. Pros: So many! Very clean, modern room and bathroom, lots of places to store items in the room to keep the smaller space organized and neat, attentive and friendly staff, well organized and tasty breakfast, great price, very quiet in the rooms, fantastic location. Cons: Only one member of our group could access wi-fi - the rest would have to purchase. We chose to go without. We stayed on the 21st floor which uses a bank of 3 elevators. Rooms on floor 27 and higher use a separate bank of 3 elevators. Accessing the up to floor 26 elevators was very challenging in the morning from 8-10 as one of the elevators is used exclusively to take people to and from the 5th floor for breakfast. Meaning everyone staying on those floors were limited to 2 elevators. It took almost 15 minutes to get an elevator our first morning. We chose to go down 21 flights of stairs each morning after that as it was much quicker and more efficient. Certainly not a deal breaker, and it was good exercise first thing in the morning. For those with mobility issues, I would highly suggest they stay in a room on the 27th floor or higher to ensure easier access to elevators in the morning. Overall: Cannot beat the location. 5-8 minute walk to most of the major Broadway theaters, not to mention hundreds of incredible restaurants.
