Nice hotel, service is not the greatest.. was in line at the coffee shop and the server was chatting with her friend while I was just waiting there till they finished their conversation.. same thing at the breakfast restaurant, had to ask for something twice, there were only 2 tables seated and like 10 staff walking around.. the staff always seems to be chatting. Nice location, but everything surrounding closes at 5pm so don’t expect to be shopping or walking around downtown at night, it’s deserted. Otherwise, nice lobby and bar, good bartenders at the bar.

You will never find a poolside chair no matter how early you go down and the food for lunch is all the same, very little variety. Overall the daytime activities were great, but my teens got bored in the evening. Not much for them to do.

The whole week we were there we did not have hot water in the shower and were told it was because of the high occupancy. There were also some basics in the room that were missing such as wineglasses, corkscrew and when we asked we were told there would be a delivery charge to get them. The bathrooms at the beach/pool that are shared with the Reef were out of order because they had low water. Garnishes on drinks were missing some days because they “ran out” and it often felt overcrowded with cruise ship guests. The staff however were very friendly and helpful.

Very well appointed condo. Views are incredible. Beach area is small but lovely. Infinity pool was great and perfectly heated. Wonderful pickleball and paddle court that’s surrounded by beautiful foliage and open 24hrs. Staff was helpful and accommodating of our needs for a late checkout.

The hotel is very nice but has some issues that are not acceptable at this price point. The rooms are clean but could use some upgrades. The bathroom had cracked tiles, sink that drained very slow, one of the sinks didn’t dispense cold water, etc. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the ocean front views are breath taking. We did have some issues with our door not locking and unlocking upon arrival and the hotel also forgot to pick us up after one of the tours we booked through them. The food is ok. For this price we were expecting more.
