The front desk were not friendly and did not offer much. No greeting and no smiles. The housekeeping staff was more friendly and said good morning. The housekeeping works fast and efficient.

The hotel is clean and neat. The staffs are good and polite. They proactively help others. Thank you for everything !

Very centralised area and good foods and Malls around. Not too far from the MTR

All employees are very helpful and pleasant specially Kevin and Jin chief concierge they have gone out of their way to help us. They made our stay very worthwhile.

The rooms were impeccable, cleaned and organized daily. Separate work sleep and lounge area. Bathroom with separate toilet sink and shower/tub area. Very clean and luxurious tub. Attention to detail such as toothpaste hair ties, sewing kit in room, chargers in night stands, daily snacks commemorating fall festival, tea cup put out, ice bucket filled. Helpful practical concierge service by Chris. Great craft cocktails specific to lobby and top floor bar. Excellent views of the city. Don’t forget to read about the amenities on the TV menu which has an excellent sound system. Highly recommend.

The hotel was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location was super handy, close to station and shops/convenience stores/food. Room service from ground floor restaurant was also delicious!
