Beautiful, clean hotel. Friendly staff, fantastic pool, great drinks! We had a great time and will be back.

Every time ac went on, it rattled all night. There are missing/broken grouts between the tiles in bathroom, and upper part of headboard was partially detached. 3 restaurants we tried had good price but we would not go back. Maybe our expectation was too high.

This hotel overall was nice! My daughter and I arrived around 11:30 and they were able to accommodate us with a room early. It's located in the heart of Times Square which was a plus. The communication and attentiveness of the staff can be improved however. I've stayed at other hotels in Times Square where I've received better customer service overall. For example, after making it to the 42nd floor to our room, I couldn't figure out how to turn on the lights in the room. I had to call the front desk to figure that out. If the lady checking us in would have provided that information, I would've been so confused why the lights, TV, air wouldn't work. Also, no one offered to bring our bags up to our room for us and there was a long wait to pick our bags up from the holding area the day of departure. Also, the elevators were SLOW and oftentimes, it seemed as if only one was working.

Beautiful property.. pool amenities are wonderful and many food options on site. Very comfortable beds Location is far from the rest of the strip activities/hotels/shopping but walkable to sphere venue. Parking garage charges daily even for hotel guests parking should be complimentary for guests paying resort fees.

I’ve stayed here at the Venetian many times before and the new fridge by the side of the mini bar it’s a very nice addition. The remodel it’s fine, I’m not quite fond or the red color but overall it’s very nice.

I enjoyed the experience overall. Having a virtual check in was much easier than having a person there. Perfect for a solo traveler.
