The room was good size, beds were comfortable and the pillows were good. The only issue was the bathroom tub faucet shower head poured water down the back wall and into the floor. It was a known issue because there was rust down the front of the tub that has been there for a while.

I’ve machine was broken on my floor, if I asked for more then two buckets of ice they wanted to charge me. Mind I was filling up a cooler because they charged for personal fridge use
