Wonderful location and hotel ! Just sorry I only stayed for one night !

Check-in was very poor. We booked 2 rooms and asked for either interconnecting or on same floor months ago. On check in we were put on different floors and one room had been downgraded and too small for our family. After many calls and getting through to a manager we were given another room of the spec we paid for but still not on same floor. Food is quite expensive and quite average. Only 1 out of 4 pools is allowed for children so not great for families. Hotel is on JBR so plenty of eating options a few minutes walk.

One of the most amazing places we have every stayed! BUT, they close the pool at 7!? Cant geven get the full sunset, much less the epic city lights. Its perfect temperature at night during the summer. They really must change this policy l, as we chose this hotel largely based on that extact night swimming view/ experience. We were all very sad when we showed up to swim and were turned away. But seriously, otherwise the place it perfection 👌

The Palazzo Versace was an amazing experience on its own during my recent visit to Dubai. Fantastic, attentive, friendly and helpful staff are awaiting at every step to assist you, yet never underfoot or intrusive. The staff, the amazing accommodations, everything about the Palazzo helped my trip to Dubai fhe most amazing vacation experience of my life.
