Room was great, bathroom is remodeled. All the staff we came in contact with were helpful and so nice!

Room was perfect. Facility also. I do, however, feel some of your staff needs customer service training. Simply more listening and less talking would be a great start…..

Rude and unknowledgeable front desk and concierge. Didn’t receive our drink or gambling credit vouchers upon check-in. Went back and asked about them and was told because I reserved both rooms. I only qualified for one. I showed them their own paperwork that said per stay per suite and they said Expedia is false advertising.

Very nice hotel!! Only thing that I didn’t like was the mini bar in the room.. if you take anything from the spot,longer than 33 seconds you will be charged for that item and they are not cheap. Just fyi!!

Breakfast could use more healthy options

Our experience as great. Closely located to Disneyland. Room was great, staff was grate. Close to restaurants and stores
