Russian River Valley Romantic Holidays

I had a great stay at The Viv Hotel! The property is absolutely beautiful, and my room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Check-in is at 4 PM, but unfortunately, my room wasn’t ready until around 5:30 PM. However, the staff and manager were very accommodating and handled the situation really well. They gave me the option to check into a different room right away, but it would have been smaller than the room I originally booked. My other option was to wait for my room, and they offered to waive my resort fee and parking because of the inconvenience. I’m so glad I decided to wait for my King Suite because it was definitely worth it! The room was beautiful, and I really enjoyed my stay. Even with the delayed check-in, the way the staff handled everything made a big difference. I would definitely stay at The Viv again and recommend it!

Great easy place if you are visiting UCLA. Hotel is kind of run down but the beds were nice and firm, towels were soft and newer feeling. Comfortable. Nice place to grab a drink or quick bite outside by the pool. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms were good. Typical rooms. We really enjoyed their pool and small splash pad area fir our 2 year old son. Perfect for our family. Location was perfect. Very close to places to eat and order from. Perfect after a long day at Disneyland.
