The front desk were not friendly and did not offer much. No greeting and no smiles. The housekeeping staff was more friendly and said good morning. The housekeeping works fast and efficient.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The room was clean and breakfast tasty. Location was ideal for train station, a 10 minute walk away from harbour views and ferry.

All employees are very helpful and pleasant specially Kevin and Jin chief concierge they have gone out of their way to help us. They made our stay very worthwhile.

We have visited JW MARRIOTT HK to celebrate our return to Hong Kong after 20 years and at the same time celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary . We had an amazing welcome by Patrick who kindly notified us that we will have a little surprise in our room . Which was a delicious cake with a nice bottle of wine 7it for sure make us feel very special. The room was beautiful facing the harbour view on 22 Floors. The shower is the best ,The bedding is fantastic. They provide plenty of water which is fantastic . Breakfast is fantastic , absolutely no complain ! The swimming pool is great surrounding by lovely plants and beautiful buildings. Thank you JW MARRIOTT We had an amazing time and want to visit Hong Kong again which will happen for sure and of course your beautiful hotel. Thank you Luce Ice for helping us for checking out . For sure JW Marriott deserve 5stars x 10 !
