Only 1/3 elevator working, no hot water at night

This was truly a one of a kind experience. Would like to thank the front desk guy Cole. Was having anything can go wrong kinda day & his positive demeanor with caring character really helped me feel safe at home. He was then serving drinks another night. Made great signature cocktails and held an uplifting conversation with all of the guests. Really appreciate when staff goes out of their way to make guests stay wonderful. Give that guy a raise! Would return & highly recommended to anyone. Great job Cole!

Dear Crowne Plaza Seattle Management, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at your hotel in Seattle, Washington, on September 11th. We paid approximately $495 per night, and the experience we had upon arrival was completely unacceptable, particularly given the circumstances and the arrangements I had made with your hotel in advance. We were originally scheduled to arrive at approximately 4:00 p.m. on September 11th. However, our flights were delayed, and by noon that day, I knew we would not be arriving until approximately 1:30–2:00 a.m. Because of our late arrival, I called the hotel at around noon to make sure a rollaway bed would be placed in our room before we arrived. During that phone call, I specifically explained that we needed the rollaway bed and was assured that it would be put in our room before our arrival. Based on that assurance, I expected the room to be properly prepared for our family. When we finally arrived at approximately 1:30–2:00 a.m., after a long and exhausting travel day, the rollaway bed was not in our room. I asked the front desk about it and was told that the staff did not know where it was and that the rollaway beds were locked up and they could not access the key. As a result, our 39-year-old son was forced to sleep on cushions from the couch on the floor. This was completely unacceptable, especially after I had called hours in advance, specifically requested a rollaway bed, and received confirmation that it
